What Onda provides

Onda is a macOS application that provides an estimate to help New Zealand sole traders decide how much income tax to keep aside. It is not tax, accounting, or legal advice; an IRD assessment; or a filing service.

Personal use

A purchase is a personal-use entitlement for Macs personally owned and used by the purchaser. It is not a team, household, client, or shared-company licence. Onda 1.0 has no licence key, activation service, or Onda account.

Updates

The Early Adopter purchase includes Onda 1.x updates. A future major version is not included unless MKPD states otherwise.

Your responsibility

You must review imported rows, skipped rows, classifications, business-use percentages, tax-year inputs, and the supported-scenario limitations. Do not rely on Onda as the sole basis for filing or paying tax.

Refunds and statutory rights

You may request a voluntary full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. A reason is appreciated but optional. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for a faulty product or one that does not match its description.
